Every homeowner should have received a packet mailed in January containing important information concerning our annual meeting.  Enclosed were  copies of the Agenda, Proxy, Financial Report, Profit and Loss Statement, Proposed Budget and information concerning Cable TV, Hot Water Heaters and Plumbing Fixtures, and our new Automated External Defibrilators.   Anyone who has not received your packet please contact Diane Moran at dbmoran2@earthlink.net for that information.
